On Saturday March 14th, 2020 - the Minnesota State University Maverick Machine and Youth in Music, will be sponsoring our second annual Big Ideas Leadership Summit. This summit will serve as an opportunity for in depth leadership training for your future section leaders and drum majors. Our goal is to provide a unique experience for students in our state (and beyond) for a minimal cost.
Leadership training and methods are few and far in between so we hope that this can provide resources for you and your program that go beyond the traditional opportunities. This summit will also provide some basic and advanced conducting with live musicians for your drum major!
